When deciding to sell our house it was really important to me that I found an estate agent who actually cared. I’d had a few estate agents out to value our house but it just didn’t feel right, something was missing. I did a little bit of research and came across Richard, he had not long set up and I thought it would be nice to work along side somebody with a smaller independent business who actually really cared. I had decided I would go with Richard straight from our initial phone call- before he had even valued our home!
