Richard has enjoyed a career in Estate Agency since 2001 having worked for both independent and national firms. Starting as a trainee (sticking the photos on to the photocopied sales particulars!) right through to a Director of Leicestershire’s leading firm of Estate Agents, Richard has created an Estate Agency offering the ability for the client to deal directly with the person they trust to sell their home, working closely with the client on the agreed selling strategy.

Offering personal and individual contact with clients in the traditional and old fashioned way, blended with modern marketing methods. Selling homes is more than just marketing, it is a guiding hand through the process and working closely with the clients from start to finish. Richard is also a Member of the National Association of Estate Agents and Property Redress Scheme, following codes of practice for that extra peace of mind.
